| Mr. Cramer has over 25 years
experience in commercial banking, real estate, mortgage servicing
and the collections industry. On December 31, 2002 Mr. Cramer and
other company principals purchased Dyck-O'Neal, Inc. Mr. Cramer
founded Cramer Financial Group, Inc. in 1985 and has been active in
debt recovery since 1986. Prior to 1985, Mr. Cramer was a Vice
President and commercial real estate lender with Republic National
Bank of Dallas and Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit. Mr.
Cramer graduated from The Ohio State University in 1969 with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and The
School of Banking, University of Wisconsin in 1981. |
