Michael D. Foote
Vice President, Loan Recovery

| Mr. Foote has over 20 years of
experience in loan servicing and collection. Mr. Foote is head of
the bankruptcy department for Dyck-O’Neal, Inc. and is experienced
in all facets of the collection process including due diligence,
loan set-up, restructures, settlements and litigation. Most recently
Mr. Foote was Vice President of Cramer Financial Group, Inc. and
Republic Credit Corp., the general partner of the JDC partnership
with the FDIC. Prior to joining Cramer Financial Group, Inc. in
1993, Mr. Foote had been involved in the servicing and recovery
departments of Bank One and First City Asset Servicing Inc. Mr.
Foote graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Agriculture Economics in 1985. |
