Mary B. Resch

| Ms. Resch has been involved with
Dyck O'Neal, Inc. since 1991. She has held a variety of positions
within the company in many areas including accounting, client and
management reporting, software development, legal matters, and
database enhancement and maintenance. Prior to joining Dyck-O'Neal,
Ms. Resch spent nine years with Texas Instruments in financial
analysis and accounting. Ms. Resch has a Bachelor's degree in
Accounting from East Tennessee State University and a Juris
Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Resch has been a
licensed attorney since her admission to the Texas Bar in 1991. |
