Theodore J. Samuel

Mr. Samuel has over twenty-five years experience in the commercial loan work out arena with subsidiaries of Key Bank, Bank of America and Mellon Bank. Currently, Mr. Samuel is a venture capitalist and real estate investor. From 1991-1995 Mr. Samuel was Chief Executive Officer of Niagara Portfolio Management Corporation and Niagara Asset Corporation which were subsidiaries of Key Bank of New York. These companies provided asset and subsidiary management services to the FDIC for former Goldome Bank assets under an asset liquidation agreement. Total assets under management exceeded $2 billion with over 300 employees. Mr Samuel has been a business partner of Michael Cramer since 1991. Mr. Samuel has a Master of Arts Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
